It is here! TRANCE is our sleep aid that will also refresh the adrenal receptor sites! This will make any stimulant based supplement more effective for the customer and they will not need to double and triple scoop preworkouts to maintain its "kick." Not only will you maintain full effectiveness of your supplements but TRANCE will promote more restful sleep. The better your sleep patterns are, the better your recovery from workouts and physical activity will be!*
SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules prior to bedtime. Do not exceed more than one serving per day. Take this product daily for no more than 8 consecutive weeks, followed by a four week layoff before resuming use.

I needed something to help me sleep and aid in recovery, so far I have noticed that I do in fact get better sleep and wake up ready to go. I take the full serving size the night before working out and one to two pills for off days.

Two of my favorite products from Centurion are Trance and Legion. While in prep for shows both of these products help me reach my goals.� Trance is great to ensure you are falling asleep and optimizing your recovery.

I am NOT a "good sleeper". I usually get 3 hours a night, which I know is not great! Trance helps me relax without the groggy feeling you often get from sleep aids the next morning. Trance does help me wake/get up less times throughout the night but what I feel I benefit most from is the following day when I drink Coffee or use Pre-Workout, the Adrenal receptors seems to process the caffeine/stimulants better than when I do not take Trance. In essence, I feel like I haven't used a Pre-workout "in a while" when I take Trance the night before. My sleep still isn't perfect but Trance definitely helps.

Travel frequently. Is great for jet lag and for resetting internal clock. Also great for detox periods when sleep is a bit more erratic. Highly recommend.
