Take Breakthrough CHISEL to reach your fitness goals faster. It can be taken by itself, along with a fat burner, such as Breakthrough BARRIERS, alongside Breakthrough INCHES (a cortisol reducer and anabolic cutting agent), or alongside Breakthrough GENETIX (recommended to use half of the daily serving of CHISEL in this case), depending on your needs and goals! A PCT, such as Breakthrough BALANCE, is recommended for the following month for men taking Breakthrough CHISEL for 8-12 weeks.
SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule up to four (4) times daily. Take daily for up to 12 weeks. Allow a 4 week layoff before resuming use. Breakthrough BALANCE is recommended during this layoff period. DO NOT EXCEED 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Q. How is CHISEL taken for best results? Breakthrough CHISEL is best taken at the full dose of 4 capsules per day - ideally, 2 capsules taken twice daily. You can take 2 capsules first thing in the morning, and 2 capsules about 8-12 hours later. If you are able to time one of these doses to be about one hour before your normal workout time, that can give additional strength and energy increases for your workout. Be consistent taking CHISEL every day, both training days and non-training days. A PCT is a must after taking CHISEL (we recommend Breakthrough BALANCE). |

Q. How long can you take CHISEL for? You can take CHISEL for 12 weeks consecutively, but you must take a PCT to follow the cycle, such as Breakthrough BALANCE. |
