Q. How is BALANCE taken for best results? Breakthrough BALANCE is best taken at the full dose of 4 capsules per day - ideally, 2 capsules taken twice daily. You can take 2 capsules first thing in the morning, and 2 capsules about 8-12 hours later. Be consistent taking BALANCE every day, both training days and non-training days. |

Q. How long can you take BALANCE for? You can take BALANCE for 12 weeks consecutively. No PCT is necessary after taking BALANCE. You can resume taking BALANCE after a 4 week off period. |
