SUGGESTED USE:

To say that this stuff doesn't work would be a complete lie. 3ad works great when used with a great diet. Like all ph's you will get gains and if done with a correct pct with be kept. From seeing progress with it I can say that you will gain weight regardless of bulk/cut. Mild suppression and a some acne but it all varies from person to person. Great stuff and great quality.
