SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules once per day. Ideally timing the dose 30-45 minutes prior to working out. Take daily for up to 12 consecutive weeks, following by a 4 week break. DO NOT EXCEED 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.
