BLOOD RUSH is for active men and women wanting to a non-stimulant, flavored blood flow matrix to maximize pumps in the gym. Many users like to stack BLOOD RUSH with a stimulant pre-workout for the ultimate pre-workout experience.
Q: Can beginners and women use BLOOD RUSH?
A. Yes! BLOOD RUSH is best taken as one full scoop about 15-30 minutes before your strength training workout. It is only needed on training days. You can take BLOOD RUSH for as long as you'd like! You will not build a tolerance to it, nor is it dangerous to take for extended periods of time.

SUGGESTED USE:
For beginners, mix 1/2 scoop with 6-12 oz of water and consume 30 minutes before training. For the truly hardcore, mix 1 full scoop with water and consume 30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 1 scoop in a 24 hour period.
