Stress can be acute or chronic and lead to fatigue, headaches, upset stomach, nervousness, and irritability or anger. Regular exercise, adequate sleep, and good nutrition are some ways to better equip your body to combat stress, but vitamins and supplements can help with this as well. The VHi Stress + complex is filled with ingredients such as ashwagandha root, astralagus root, Rhodiola rosea root, and holy basil leaf to help with your gut, stress response, and mental stress levels. Stress + is designed to help your body adapt to and resist physical, chemical, and environmental stress.*
Serving size: 1 capsule per day recommended to take once a day any time of day.

If we do not have the product in stock at our shipping hub at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the time the products arrive at our shipping hub Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday, 10am – 2pm. This is the case with any products listed as "not in stock" but may be "backordered".
Most shipments should arrive within 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location. International orders may take several weeks and we can not be held responsible for any customs charges or package seizures or delays.
