SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules approximately 45 minutes prior to a strength training session. For optimal performance, take with or immediately following your pre-training meal. DO NOT EXCEED two (2) capsules in a 24 hour period.

If all of the product is in stock at our shipping hub in Harrisburg, PA at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.
Same day shipping cut off times - M-F - 5pm for USPS and 3:30pm for FedEx Sat - 2pm USPS (FedEx does not pick up Saturdays)
If we do not have the product in stock at our shipping hub at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the time the products arrive at our shipping hub Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday, 10am – 2pm. This is the case with any products listed as "not in stock" but may be "backordered".
Most shipments should arrive within 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location. International orders may take several weeks and we can not be held responsible for any customs charges or package seizures or delays.
