SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules twice per day. Take daily for up to 12 consecutive weeks, following by a 4 week break. DO NOT EXCEED 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Q. How is HEIGHTS taken for best results? Breakthrough HEIGHTS is best taken at the full dose of 6 capsules per day - ideally, 3 capsules taken twice daily. You can take 3 capsules first thing in the morning, and 3 capsules about 8-12 hours later. If you are able to time one of these doses to be about one hour before your normal workout time, that can give additional strength and energy increases for your workout. Be consistent taking HEIGHTS every day, both training days and non-training days. |

Q. How long can you take HEIGHTS for? You can take limits for 12 weeks consecutively. No PCT is necessary after taking HEIGHTS. You can resume taking HEIGHTS after a 4 week off period. |

I've tried multiple different Turk supps and none have been as powerful as this one. In comparison I feel all those other ones were placebos! This hit me hard, gave me a very decent boost in booth strength & endurance. Many products really only boost one or the other. As always, a top notch product.
