SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule in the morning. An additional capsule may be taken once the user’s tolerance has been assessed. DO NOT EXCEED 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.

I tried this out but I'll say I love my coffee in the morning. You will sweat and you will take a leak frequently, which is why I did a 4 star.. in my line of work I can't really do either.

Been hooked on Breakthrough Labz products since I first started using them a few months ago. This is my first run of Barriers, and I am beyond impressed. Used it instead of a stim preworkout this morning, and I had an incredible workout, maybe even the best of the week. Focus and an increase in my mood kicked in during the commute to the gym. Energy levels stayed high throughout the workout and an hour of two after. We shall see what kind of 'fat burning' capabilities it lead to in the following weeks.
